Blueprints are the first step in the design-build process. This process begins with an initial discovery meeting with our design team to determine the scope of the project and a budget. Preliminary plans are drawn and reviewed. Any necessary changes or adjustments are completed. Clients visit suppliers to choose materials and products for their custom build or remodel. Electrical and lighting layout is completed. Engineering is submitted, if needed. The estimate will consist of a cost breakdown. A contract-proposal is drawn up. Clients review the contract, scope of the work and final costs. Once clients are comfortable with the completed concept, blueprints and overall investment, the project is scheduled for production. The entire design process can take anywhere from four weeks to three months or longer depending on the complexity of the project.
